Shipping Policy

  1. This shipping policy describes our policies and procedures for shipping Products purchased on the Platform. **Some items carry a special shipping timeframe that may differ from that of other items.
 **If your product carries a special shipping timeframe, you will be notified at the checkout step of your order on the website. We will try our best to deliver your order within the promised timeframe. However, in some rare cases, there may be unexpected delays beyond our control. If this occurs, we shall contact you immediately via email to let you know of the new timeframe for shipping.

  1. Since we source our products from artisans, NGOs and craftsmen across the length and breadth of India, shipping times may vary significantly for some products. However, we will try to get our products to you soon.
  2. Our shipping partners ship products all days between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. IST. Domestic Orders are delivered within 14 working days unless otherwise mentioned in the product details.

**Shipping time is also subject to factors such as strikes or transport delays due to bad weather by our shipping partners or caused by destination customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.

  1.  As soon as your order ships, you will also be sent Shipping Tracking Information, using which you can also track your shipment.
  2.  Customs duties and taxes, if any, assessed by the customs authorities will have to be borne by the Customer according to the laws of the land, and these should be paid by the Customer itself at the time of shipping. We shall not be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination state or city.
  3.  If you don't get an item that was sent to you because you gave an incorrect or insufficient shipping address or because you weren't at the address you gave, the transaction shall be cancelled. The item will be sent back to the seller and "," and the seller shall get a fair amount of money for services provided and costs paid for handling, shipping, couriering, handling your order and any other services specified to you.     • The time to ship mentioned on our website for each item is indicative and approximate only, but there might be delays due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, including festivals, holidays, lockouts, etc. No refunds or returns will be entertained during such times.
  7. Transit Risk:
    • Customers pay no additional fees for the full insurance that our logistic partner provides for all orders. In the event of a loss of an order while ‘in transit’, our logistic partner shall reprocess the order.
    • However, the logistic partner shall not be responsible for any damages to the package (full or partial) once the same has been delivered by the carrier agency at the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
  8.  When you buy something on the site, there is no extra fee. The prices on the list are fixed and cover everything. The price you see on the page for the goods is the price you will pay.
